Design Haus were lead architects on an impressive new housing development in a desirable semi-rural area in Congleton. The Giantswood Grove Development provides local homebuysers with a range of two to five-bedroom homes with 70% private sale and 30% shared ownership/affordable rent.

The detail in our design of the properties reflects the high land values in the area. This includes a mix of different elevations, larger floor areas and garages to maximise return on for sale units.  To facilitate selling off plan, the four-bed homes have interchangeable floor plates, with the option of either en-suites or Jack and Jill bathrooms on the first floor.
