How We Work

We will work very closely with you throughout the design process, listening carefully to understand your aspirations for your new home.

We like to make the design process as enjoyable and exciting as possible, whilst taking care of all stages of the project on your behalf. Whether you appoint us for a full architectural design service or just to submit drawings for a planning application, you will receive the same high-quality service.

 

1. Let’s meet up

We’re happy to meet up free of charge over a cup of coffee to discuss the aspirations for your project and give our advice as to what can be achieved within your budget.

2. Design

Once instructed, we will work with you to develop your designs using our 3D modelling software. If you require interior or landscape design services, we will bring our designers in at the beginning of the design process, so that all elements of your project work seamlessly.

3. Planning

Design Haus has over 30 years’ experience dealing with local authorities and conservation officers and will navigate you through the approvals process to ensure your preferred design is approved.

4. Detailing

Great design only works when backed up with great detailing. Once planning has been granted, we will prepare detailed technical drawings for building regulations and the builder.

5. Construction

We will work with your appointed contractor or find the best builder for your project based on our years of experience working on luxury residential homes.

Once on site, we continually oversee the works and ensure all issues are dealt with and swiftly resolved.

6. Handover

We want to make moving into your dream-home as simple as possible, so provide a home user guide and on-going support. We ensure that all our installers are on hand to fix any glitches and provide guidance and support.
